Citrus Glazed Salmon

    Preheat your oven to 200°C.

    Place your salmon fillets on a baking tray.

    Season them with salt and pepper.

    Once the oven is ready, bake the fillets for 10 minutes.

    In a saucepan, combine grapefruit juice, orange juice, and maple syrup.

    Let the mixture boil for 15 minutes, keeping an eye on the clock.
