Four cheese pizza

Fresh, homemade pizza is always a crowd-pleaser – especially when it’s loaded with four kinds of delicious cheese! We’ll show you how to make it for the perfect pairing with Sangre de Toro Tempranillo.

    First, preheat the oven to 250°C.

    Stretch out the pizza dough on a flat surface sprinkled with flour so the dough doesn’t stick to it.

    Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the dough and sprinkle some oregano on top.

    Place the different cheeses on the pizza, positioning them strategically – as if you were playing Tetris!

    Once all the cheese is in place, cook the pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 230°C.

    When you see that it’s gone nice and crispy, take the pizza out of the oven and drizzle it with some olive oil.

    Top with fresh rocket and it’s all ready to go!
