Goat’s cheese burger

Evenings spent watching the footie with friends will take on a whole new flavour when accompanied with a delectable goat’s cheese burger and a bottle of Sangre de Toro Reserva. Wow your guests with this taste sensation.

    Heat some oil in a frying pan over a high heat. When the oil is hot, place the burger in the pan and brown slightly on one side before flipping it over.

    In the meantime, toast the bun.

    Once the burger and bun are ready, it’s time to put everything together!

    Start by putting some rocket on the bottom of the bun and then the burger on top.

    Next, place the cheese on the burger so it melts. Finally, top with the caramelized onion and the top of the bun. Just be careful that your burger doesn’t end up resembling the Leaning Tower of Pisa! 😉

    Now all that’s left to do is open your bottle of Sangre de Toro and enjoy!
