In a bowl, clean the clams in salt water for 10 minutes.
Place the clams in a pot and add the fish broth.
Let boil until the clams open on their own.
In a pan with olive oil, fry the onion and chopped garlic. Then add the flour and mix well.
Add the clam broth with a little salt and let it boil.
Add the pieces of hake, the clams and let them cook.
Add a pinch of chopped parsley.
