No need to worry about breaking into a sweat with this recipe – it’s so easy, the only thing that will get hot is your oven, which should be preheated to 180°C.
Place the cubes of chicken in a bowl and add the paprika, ground cumin, turmeric, dried parsley, crushed garlic, a bit of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir so the spices combine into the chicken and then leave to marinate in the fridge for 15-20 mins.
Wash the vegetables and chop into small cubes.
Now it’s time to assemble the skewers! Alternate the vegetables and chicken however you want. Just remember to leave 2-3 cm from the end of the skewer so you can hold it.
Once all the skewers are ready, arrange them on an oven tray and sprinkle a little oil and salt on top.
Bake at 180°C for 30-35 mins.
After 15 mins, turn the skewers over so all the ingredients turn golden on all sides.
