Veggie crisps

This is the perfect recipe for those of you who like a bit of crunch! These veggie crisps will become your favourite nibbles. Serve them together with a glass of Sangre de Toro Rosé for a really special snack.

    Let’s go! Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Clean, peel, and thinly slice the vegetables.

    Arrange them on a baking tray and drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper.

    Put the tray in the oven and bake the crisps for 15-20 mins. Make sure they don’t burn!

    Once dry and crispy, they’re ready!
